ISAAC Members Map ISAAC Youth - One year on

It’s over a year now since ISAAC Youth first started. So far 5 mentoring relationships have been established. The experience of each of the participants has varied greatly and so has the success of each relationship. However, by the end of year one two out of the five mentoring relationships are still going. One mentor has even been able to visit his mentee and carry out training in the program she works in. Another mentee, having realised the importance of mentoring through her involvement in ISAAC Youth, has decided to seek a mentor closer to home.

Moving forward we are looking the possibility of funding a sharing of experience between a mentor and her mentee. We also hope to start another new mentoring relationship this week and have a number of mentee’s and mentors just waiting on suitable partners.

To read about one of our ISAAC Youth mentors, Warwick Murphy and his experience of ISAAC Youth in the case study section of our website. If you are interested in learning more about ISAAC Youth please check out the ‘ISAAC Youth’ section of our website.

P.S. We are looking at changing the name of ISAAC Youth due to some confusion as to the age of the participants. If you have any ideas for a suitable new name please email
